We are now looking for an interim HR Manager, covering for a parental leave. This is a 1 year assignment with start December 1st. This position is located in Bromma, Stockholm.


What you will do

You will be overall responsible for Veryday’s strategic and operative HR work; HR processes, policies, practices, initiatives as well as HR focus areas relevant to the business strategy. Veryday has around 90 employees globally, and as you are the only local HR person at Veryday Sweden your role is very broad. 

Your main role is to manage office HR, including employer branding & recruiting, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, leadership development, legal, global mobility, health & work environment. 

You will be a key business partner to Veryday, and provide advice and counsel the leadership and employees on a range of human resource issues.

Some questions will have a more global focus, and then you will be working with our colleagues in New York and other important stakeholders. 

As a person you are people minded, trustworthy and have high social skills. You act with integrity and have a profound ability to communicate and build strong relationships.

To succeed in the role, you have a natural instinct to develop and improve. You are flexible and prestigeless as a person and you work structurally and operationally.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with HR or equivalent
  • 5+ years of HR experience from broad HR roles
  • Fluent in English and professional experience of using English as business language.
  • You thrive in an international and entrepreneurial company culture and are skilled to navigate a changing and creative environment.
  • Consultative approach and agile mindset
  • Previous experiences of working in a consultancy, with designers or other creative knowledge workers is a plus
  • Digitally savvy is a plus
